Submit a Proposal
Before submitting, you should be sure to have read our discussion of how to submit a proposal.
Reminders:
1. All proposals must be in .pdf format and within length guidelines.
2. Authors are responsible to make sure the file they upload is free from any identifying metadata.
3. Every proposal must have a contact author, who should be the author whose User Profile is used to upload the proposal. However, all co-authors must have a profile in our system. (Create a User Profile)
